Non-Identifiable and Aggregated Data
Even if you do not register or submit information, we and third parties working on our behalf may place cookies on your device. Cookies are small text files that store information such as Site preferences. We use cookies to maintain your session when you sign in and to understand how individual users interact with the Site. This information is stored in encrypted form for security. It may also be used to show information about our services on third-party websites.
You can configure your browser to alert you when cookies are set or to block them entirely. Blocking cookies may reduce Site functionality and slow response times.
We or our service providers (including Google Analytics) may also collect technical data about your visits, such as IP address, browser type, internet service provider, operating system, pages viewed, frequency of visits, referring or exit pages, clickstream data, and dates and times of access. We may aggregate this data for administrative purposes, including improving Site usability, evaluating marketing and advertising performance, assessing search engine optimization efforts, and optimizing the Site based on user needs.
How and When We Share Your Information
Solid Personnel does not sell, trade, or license personal information for marketing purposes. We may work with third-party service providers who help us operate and deliver our services. These providers receive access to personal information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.
We may share personal information with payment processors to complete transactions started through our services. We do not share credit card details with anyone other than our payment processors. If you use a direct payment gateway, the processor may store your credit card data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Transaction data is kept only as long as necessary to complete the purchase and is then deleted.
We may also engage third parties for internal functions such as account processing, client support, or other business-related data collection. Personal information is shared with these parties only to the extent required to process your transactions or perform specific services. Our partners are obligated to keep your information private and secure.
We may disclose personal information to law enforcement or government agencies when required by law or to help prevent fraud. We reserve the right to disclose information when we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, comply with a court order or legal process, investigate or defend against claims, assist government enforcement, protect the security or integrity of the Site or our services, or safeguard the rights, property, or safety of Solid Personnel, our users, or others.
We may share personal information in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or reorganization, or in the event of bankruptcy.

Your California Privacy Rights
This section applies to California residents (“California consumers”).
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 Under certain conditions, California law requires businesses to provide information about sharing personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes upon request. This requirement does not apply to us because we do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without prior consent, and we provide a free way for customers to opt out of such sharing.
Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) California consumers have rights regarding personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to them or their household. The categories of personal information we collect are described earlier in this policy and may vary depending on the services used.
Qualifying California consumers may have the following rights:
Right to Know and Right to Delete You may request that we disclose the personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You may also request that we delete personal information.
We will acknowledge receipt of a request within 10 days and explain how we will process it, including our verification steps. We aim to respond within 45 days.
Right to Specific Information You may request disclosure of specific pieces or categories of personal information we have collected.
We may decline certain requests when disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the information, your account, or our systems. We will not disclose Social Security numbers, driver’s license or other government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health insurance or medical ID numbers, or account passwords and security questions.
How to Submit Requests California consumers should send CCPA requests to: Solid Personnel, Privacy Compliance info@solidpersonnel.com
Verification of Requests For online requests we use a two-step process: you must clearly submit the request and then separately confirm it. We use appropriate methods to verify requests received by other means.
When submitting a request, provide enough information for us to identify you (such as name, email address, or home or work address that matches our records). Do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, or medical or health information. If a request is unclear or submitted incorrectly, we will provide guidance on how to correct it. We may deny a request if we cannot verify the identity of the person making it.
Do Not Track Signals Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. No uniform industry standard currently exists for responding to DNT signals, and we do not respond to them at this time.
Your Responsibilities
Please keep the personal information you provide to us accurate and up to date. You can correct information by contacting us at info@solidpersonnel.com. You represent that all personal information you provide is true, accurate, and relates to you.
