Leadership Team
Cameron McNabb
CEO & President
Cameron McNabb, CEO and President
Cameron’s greatest joy as CEO and President is seeing employees strive in their personal lives as well as their professional life. Seeing goals reached, lives changed and missions accomplished gives Cameron a great sense of worth. He enjoys staff development and is a strong advocate of the “open door policy” in the workplace, allowing everyone to bring something valuable to the table.
Cameron grew up wanting to play professional sports or become a professional musician. Over time his passion shifted to helping others, which he has excelled at through SOLID’s recruiting and staffing expertise. In his free time, Cameron enjoys cooking and BBQing with his family. He is a self-described “foodie” and loves discovering dishes from different cultures. He is also passionate about Brazilian Jiujitsu. Although he does not compete in Jiujitsu any longer, he is still training multiple times a week. Cameron has also expanded his hobbies to include fishing, snowboarding, motorcycles, construction, technology and gaming.
Family is definitely the most important thing in Cameron’s life. He met his wife in 2012 and was married in 2016. The couple now shares 3 young daughters who are the “apple of his eye”. Becoming a parent has become Cameron’s greatest joy in life and he says it has softened his heart. Cameron looks forward to growing his family in the future and watching his children thrive.
Cameron is an explorer at heart. He spends free time traveling the world and seeing some amazing wonders like Machu Picchu in Peru, the Colosseum in Rome, and Stonehenge in England. His bucket list travel includes future visits to the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, Angkor Wat in Cambodia and the Great Wall in China.

She has a MBA with a finance and audit background which gives her the tools she needs to maintain accurate and complete records. Aleisha takes pride in her work, and loves that her team equals her in that desire for excellence.
Now don’t start thinking Aleisha is just a “bean counter.” Her free time is spent far away from a ledger book. The majority of her free time is taken up by Drag Racing. She was even on a couple episodes of Street Outlaws and NoPrep Kinds on the Discovery Channel. When not behind the wheel, Alicia enjoys winter activities like snowboarding and water activities during the summer.
Aleisha is a self-proclaimed “summer baby” so traveling anywhere where there is sunshine and blue water makes her heart happy. Santorini or Mykonos Greece is at the top of her travel list because of the beautiful blue oceans, Greek history, white and blue architecture, and the serenity of it all. As for her passion, she melts about anything to do with children or animals.
