SOLID Personnel created a unique and one-of-a-kind Philanthropy Program in 2016 as a way to give back to the community. Here’s how it works: every sales person has a recruiter working with them on filling positions. Whenever this “recruiting team” goes above and beyond their goals for the week, SOLID will donate $200.00 dollars to a charity of their choosing.
This program was created by SOLID’s CEO, Cameron McNabb. He found a lack of fulfilment working long hours in the recruiting industry for many years. He wanted his staff to work hard but not just for the benefit of the company or themselves but for the benefit of their community. Through the employee’s hard work, those with less fortunate circumstance will be benefited. This speaks for the culture of SOLID. We want our employees to work for something bigger than business and work towards something that makes a difference in the world. In 2021 SOLID sent in donations to the following Charities and programs: Child Abuse Prevention Council, Make-A-Wish Foundation & St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
