Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to work on commercial high-rise new construction projects! This is a full time opportunity directly with an electrical contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and review field personnel.
• Interpret specifications and identify changes in the scope of work in order to plan and execute work procedures and coordinate crews and various phases of construction.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with subcontractors, clients/owners, general contractors, and inspectors.
• Coordinate crews and various phases of construction.
• Confer with general contractor and other subcontractors to resolve construction problems and prevent delays.
• Prepare and review reports on progress, materials used, costs, and adjust and refine crew work schedules in order to meet project milestones.
• Ensure company quality control and safety and security standards are being met.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of field superintendent experience overseeing crews.
• Record of successfully managing electrical construction projects up to several million dollars in value.
• MUST have an active California Journeyman Certification.
• Up-to-date on NEC, local codes, and OSHA requirements.
• Good computer and written skills.
